Day 1 is surface preparation (cleaning, putty, sanding), Day 2–3 is primer + first coat, Day 4–5 second & final coat + ceiling, Day 6 is door/window painting & touch-ups, and Day 7 is final inspection & cleanup. If only 2–3 rooms or touch-up work is needed, it can be completed in 2–4 days. We always try to finish faster without compromising quality and coordinate with your schedule so you face minimum inconvenience. For larger 3/4 BHK or flats requiring texture/waterproofing, timeline may extend to 8–12 days.

We work exclusively with branded paints – primarily Asian Paints, Berger, Dulux / ICI, Nerolac & Shalimar. For interior walls we normally use premium emulsions (e.g., Royale Atmos, Silk Glamor, Easy Clean) and apply 1 primer coat + 2 finish coats (total 3 coats) after proper putty & sanding. For ceilings we use ceiling-specific white paint with 2 coats. Exterior walls get 1 primer + 2 coats of 100% acrylic weatherproof paint (Apex Ultima, WeatherCoat, Excel Pro). Texture finishes include base coat + texture putty + top coat. Waterproofing coatings (Dr. Fixit, Asian Paints SmartCare) are applied in 2–3 layers depending on surface condition. Every job uses only fresh, sealed buckets – we show you the sealed cans before opening so you know the paint is genuine and not diluted.

Yes – waterproofing is one of our most requested add-on services. For bathrooms we apply cement-based or acrylic waterproof coatings (Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof, Dr. Fixit Pidiproof) on walls & floor before tiling/grouting or on existing surfaces to stop seepage. For terraces we use high-build elastomeric coatings (2–3 layers) with fibre mesh reinforcement in high-leakage areas, followed by top weatherproof paint. We also do pressure grouting for severe leakage cases. Proper surface cleaning, crack filling & drying time are ensured before application so the waterproofing lasts 4–7 years or more. Many customers combine terrace waterproofing + exterior painting in one project to save cost and get uniform finish.

We offer both per sq ft and lump-sum pricing – whichever is more convenient for you. Most interior painting jobs are quoted per sq ft of wall + ceiling area (excluding doors/windows unless specified). Exterior is usually per sq ft of external wall area. Full home painting (interior) for 2 BHK typically ranges ₹18–32/sq ft depending on paint brand, number of coats & texture. Exterior painting ranges ₹22–45/sq ft depending on scaffolding height & paint type. Waterproofing & texture are priced separately per sq ft or per job. We give a detailed written quote after site visit that clearly mentions labour, material, putty, primer, coats, cleanup & GST – no hidden charges for normal height work. Extra costs (if any) like high-rise scaffolding, major crack filling or old paint removal are discussed & agreed before starting. You pay 40–50% advance (material cost) and balance after satisfactory completion.

We take complete care to keep your home clean during and after the job. Before starting we cover all floors with plastic/drop cloths, move furniture to center & cover with sheets, seal electrical switches & plug points, and protect doors/windows with masking tape. During painting we use trays & roller extensions to avoid drips, and clean brushes/rollers in designated area only. At the end of each day we sweep/vacuum dust & dispose of waste. Final cleanup includes floor mopping, furniture repositioning, tape removal & spot cleaning. Most customers are surprised how little mess is left – we aim to hand over your home looking cleaner than when we started. If any accidental paint drops occur on floor/furniture, we remove them immediately using safe cleaners.

We help you choose colors & finishes that suit your taste, room size, lighting & home style. During the free site visit our painter/coordinator brings shade cards (Asian Paints, Berger, Dulux) and shows actual samples on small wall patches so you can see the real look under your home lighting. We suggest lighter shades (whites, off-whites, pastels) for small rooms to make them feel spacious, and bolder accent walls for living/dining areas. For bedrooms we recommend low-VOC, washable emulsions (Royale Health Shield, Silk Breathe Easy). For kitchens & bathrooms – moisture-resistant & easy-clean paints. For exteriors – light-reflective & heat-resistant shades.
